Thank You to Our Community for Your Support!!!

We would like to thank everyone who came out this month to support the Holiday Food Drive  put on by Centerville Police Department and Centerville Fire/Rescue!  Your donations have already been put to good use.  We made deliveries for Thanksgiving and look forward to making more in time for Christmas!  THANK YOU!!!
We also want to thank everyone who came out to the Auxiliary's Annual Soup Supper this month!  It was great seeing you all there!  The department put on a mock accident before the supper and want to thank Stamper's Towing for the vehicles, and the following agencies for participating with us:  Centerville Police Department; Reid Health EMS; Premier Health Careflight.  Your help is always greatly appreciated!!!

Centerville Fire/Rescue Responses for 2021

Centerville Fire/Rescue responded to a total of 496 calls for service for fiscal year 2021.  July was again our busiest month with 59 calls, with August, January, and December coming in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th busiest with 47, 46, and 45 runs respectively.  This makes for an average of 41.33 calls per month, or 1.36 calls per day!  For 2020, we made a total of 483 calls for service.

The pandemic still affects our responses this year, but we have continued to respond.  We have had several members that have continued their education this year.  We now have 5 state certified Investigators!  Also, several members have gotten other state certifications, including Officer I and Instructor II to name a couple.  We are proud of our members for continuing to learn!  We welcomed new members to our department this year and congratulate them on passing their fire and EMS certifications.  They are a great addition to our department!

We look forward to serving our great community in 2022!
